This makes the 3rd year that we have gone to the Hollister Street Festival Car Show. Heading over San Louis Reservoir from the valley, we hit fog at the summit and then all the rest of the way to Hollister. This year though, the fog burnt off shortly after arriving, giving way to beautiful blue skies. They had approx. 75 pre-registered for the show. Final tally of those at the show was 111 if I remember correctly. Other than a bit of early morning confusion due to the fact that registration was moved to the opposite side of the show, the event came off very good. Most rodders simply went to the old reg. location not realizing that the event reg. was moved a long ways from the old location. The hourly raffle seemed to go over pretty good as well. The Festival always seems to have excellent entertainment, this year was no exception. One band that I always enjoy is 'Naked in Vegas'.
